Are staff allowed to refuse to help a player in need because of a personal problem they have with the player? Just curious since apparently they are. I won't give any names so this thread won't be deleted. Anyways, are staff allowed to do this? I always assumed no.

Help with a bug that happened to my account. I'm aware this certain staff member does not have the ability to help me, but I wanted him to pass a message on to someone who may. It's not a big problem at all nor am I asking him to 'HOOKMEUP' or something like that.

Follow the rules to get help. If you ask a EM to restore your items he will and must denie it cos he cannot help you. If you have a FAQ you can surely ask him and he will help you. If you ask a GP to host an event he dont do it cos he is GP and not EM.
Not that hard to understand, I guess.
And for all questions and problems we still have the support center.

I think you should contact Lance, I think he's the one that answered what was wrong with your account.
