Auto-updater.
Is there a way to turn this off?
I was downloading an update, and it finished downloading, and whenever Graal rebooted I went to the serverlist and it started downloading the update again.. =/ |
Graal needs to get updates, you seem to have some problem with your file system, make sure that the Graal folder and the Graal4.exe are writable (not readonly)

It does that with me a lot, too. Then it goes back to the starting screen and says "Could Not Delete Graal 4!" Or something like that o_O
|
That's because the auto-updater downloads a new version of Graal4.exe or whatever is needed, shuts down Graal, and replaces the files. It is unable to delete the files if it's still in use while it attempts to replace sometimes, especially if your computer is laggy. I've also noticed that when you're using v2 at the same time as it is attempting to update, it is unable to replace the files.

It said "Could not delete Graal4.exe!" for me too and all I did was open up my Graal folder, deleted the Graal4.exe and then renamed the Graal4_temp (or bak, or whatever it was called) into Graal4.exe and it worked.
