Global PM Control

So far, Graal has the ability to disable cross-server PMs completely, or just to hide yourself from other playerlists.

It would be nice if there was an option to "Only allow global PMs from buddies", which would, well, only allow cross-server PMs from people listed in your buddy list.

I hope the option is added - I suggested it several months ago, both to Stefan in private and in another thread (click to see) - but it obviously hasn't been yet.

Yeah thats a good idea, but whatabout an option that asks you "You want to recieve that PM from #a" ? Would be nice too.

It sounds simple but do that for every client then we got some issues and lag
