connection couldn't be established
 

I have not been able to play graal for about 2 weeks now. Every time I try to log in I get an error message saying "connection couldn't be established". Can you help me please?

Im assuming you cannot connect to any playerworld..

I think this could pssobily have something to do with your IP Address being banned. If your not sure whether your IP is banned, setup a support ticket here or just create a trial account, and if you get the same thing when attempting to connect to any Playerworld, your IP could possibly be banned.

I can't think of any other reason you wouldn't be able to logon...

You shouldn't advise people who are banned to make other accounts.

It wouldn't really matter in this case, would it? If he's IP banned, the trial account wouldn't work. If he's Globally Banned (Without his IP banned), then that would be bad advice, but he's not, according of the message he's getting.

Or maybe this still has to do with internet router issues that Ibonic was describing in another thread.
