Support Desk

Will it not work for anyone else, or just me?

And by not work, I mean the website doesn't load.

The old won't load.

But the new one loads for me (though it was a bit slow...).

I go to it, and the banner loads, but then the rest of the page just loads and loads and nothing happens. :(

Same here. I've been trying to access it for hours now as I currently have an active ticket.

It looks like it is having problems. Only the top half is loading now. :p

The staff page is also down.

In the mean time, you can send account problems to [email protected] or [email protected]. I check [email protected] occasionally, but I get hundreds of spam emails a week so I might accidently delete emails regarding Graal.
