happens when I open PM. I even tried re-enstalling.

A bugged installation of MS Visual Studio or so, have you uninstalled some MS program recently? Try reinstallating

On another note, whats up with your IE? It looks like you have the Google Search / Yahoo search bars installed. Doesn't Adware consider them to be spyware or whatnot?

A lot of us were having this problem with opening profiles/pms.

Once I deleted all of the history for pms and profiles, it solved the problem for me.

I tried making a new graal folder and that didn't work.
