V4 is messed up for me ;(

I just re-downloaded graal4 because the old one would not work. now that i have downloaded the new one, it works worse. (Before it would try to load graal 3d and tell me a connection could not be establised, or that it could not find graal4.exe) Now my computer freezes if i even click the icon. What gives?

Is there anything in console.log in your graal folder that shows an error?
Also, if you are using Windows 2000, XP or later, is there anything in the Event Viewer (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools)?
Are your graphics drivers up to date?
