Odd Graal3D Error

I keep getting this crappy error when I hit a snowman, then I have to keep pressing enter to stop it. How do I make it not put this stupid popup error?

Graphics driver problem.

Update your ATI drivers.

Damn the laptop too??? I can't do system driver upgrades on this one, if I screw up or make noticeable changes on it, I won't have access to it... well, I'll see how it goes. Thanks!

It's only happening when you hit the snowman, not in other situations (snowman hits you etc.)?

1 in every 5 hits (on me), that pops up. Might be sound related error.
