this really is confusing me
 

Well whenever i put true color on, i have the body problem, and when i put high color on, text starts to go blurry, but the body problem is fixed as to my knowledge. The text thing is not often it comes one in a while. And lighting effects appear oddly Any help? And i can't afford a new card And this is with a updated driver.
