Not really needed though, many other items that would be more useful then just another wizzy.

It's a bit dark. Perhaps the darker color should be more of a goldenrod and less of a black?

At least it looks like a yellow hat now, instead of a black hat with a yellow light on it, as it did before. But yeah, it needs to be brighter.
