Access violation on UN?

What is this, and why does it only affect certain people? I got this error when I tried to right-click someone to see their profile. It only happens for certain people.

EDIT: It happens when I right-click someone, close their profile, and then try to right-click them again. It also comes up in the player-list the same way. :frown:

That used to happen to me when I right clicked Moonie's account. Weird, only her account did that.

Strange, the error seems to occur if the profile is already saved in the profiles folder. If they don't have a file it works fine. There may be something else too (I think older profile files might be working once until they are overwritten).

I think I found the problem. UN has a lot of custom fields for profiles set. If there are too many of those, v2 crashes from it. If I remove any one of their special fields, it works fine, if I add one, it still breaks.

I will need to find somebody to remove one of the special fields, I can't change them myself. After it is changed, I think you should be able to see everybody's profiles again. If you still have trouble viewing your OWN profile after it is fixed, you can:
1) Log on with v4 and view your profile (this will update the text file where it is stored so it doesn't happen again)
2) Delete profile_YourAccount.txt in your profiles folder and restart graal.

The thread you created it titled, "Access violation on UN?"

The screenshot you provided is N-Pulse's spar center.

Oops, I changed the title :D It is reproducable on UN, but not N-Pulse. If he was right-clicking himself and has used v4 before it would still happen though.

Ah.

I just commented because maybe it could just be a problem on certain playerworlds or so. If that makes sense.

Does it happen with everybody on N-Pulse, or just when you right click yourself? I haven't checked the serveroptions for the other servers except UN, so N-Pulse should be ok for everyone, except it may break when you try to view your own profile.

There is a bug with displaying profiles when having more than 8 custom variables, has been fixed in v4 a long time ago though.

If you are still getting errors, go to the profiles folder in your Graal folder and delete the txt files that are there.
