V4 Light Effects
 

Is there anyway I can take off light effects for v4? It doesnt cause any lag its just my monitor is so dark that i can never see certain things because it's like pitch black :redface:

May be there could be an option for changing the brightness of the daynight effect? Althought you also often have that option in the graphics card options.

Ive looked everyone on my monitor though for brightness at it doesnt go that bright.

I say make lighting effects optional. Cuz when G4 used to work for me, when I would go into a house on GK. It would be pitch black. I would light lamps but it didnt help at all. It just lit up little sections.

That was a script bug caused by different handling of showcharacter NPCs in v2 and v4; it has been fixed already.
