Spanky's new project?
 

Err, does anyone know if Spanky is actually working on a server. I assumed someone here would know for sure. He asked me for the ToT tileset the other day and then recently showed me the map I attached below, but wouldn't say if he was actually working on something. I figured either someone here would know or maybe he'd answer.

I hope so, that map has more potential than 95+% of the worlds online alone.

Last time I talked to him he said it was just for fun to mess around with levels again.

Ehh, I dunno. I just talked to Spanky on AIM and he seemed pretty uptight and secretive about the whole thing, which leads me to believe that it is an active project.

Oh you know you love ProjectR's massive ass map/overworld. Most of it is under development too. (shameless plug)

i think that's an old map. i have seen it from somewhere.

it is, it's his, he's been working on it for a while. Not to say he's slow, but I remember him having the blank map.

Well, talking to him today, I'm almost 100% positive that it is an official project.

Better than 95%?
Maybe I got bad taste, but I think that map design sucks worse than most of the 95 rented playerworld map designs.

Well, besides the fact that this map actually looks like a realistic peice of land, exactly what is so exceptional about it?
