Yea, it's awesome. Except. I keep getting "access violation at address 004A7328 in module 'Graal4.exe'. Write of address 00000006." when I try and walk around on the gmap on GK. Insides are fine, just on the gmap. :frown:

note: I'm not using a hexeditor or a trainer like an idiot suggested. :\

I get that also when I am on a level where people are pk'ing with npc's :frown:

Where did you download it?

If anyone lags with v4, be sure to disble UDP by pressing F3 and checking the box for it on the General tab.

That should keep people from posting to complain about lag.

Whenever i try to connect to Graal3d (with graal v4) i get an error "You are not a v4 tester!", is anybody else having the same problem?

Classic accounts still don't have access... what a pain.

I guess I'll just go out and upgrade my account to Gold so I can use Graal v4!

Anywhere on the gmap. It appears totally black. All the images, npcs, and players appear. Everytime I take a step I get that message. I talked with Stefan. He told me to delete weblevels, maps/main.png, and redownload v4 to another folder.

Nothing worked.

It was happening to me on NP whenever people would use the fire npc's like chazoiken, or throw a bunch of bombs, anything that created fire or exploded.
I just noticed that I didn't have the UDP box checked, so maybe that will help, if not I will repost ;)

I believe that's caused by a memory leak in the Graal4.exe....

No no no this is a bad solution. Disabling UDP makes you lag more because you're sending packets from Client>Server>Client instead of Client>Client. No no no. Not to mention to other people with UDP on, it makes you stay still if your ports are not forwarded correctly.

Graal4 has been having problems with UDP, so lots of people are disabling it. I don't have any problems on v2, but I can't see others move when I'm on v4 unless I disable UDP.

Classic users don't get the new version of graal? There is no way in hell I'm upgrading to fix errors on SL.

I certainly hope that it is planned to be released for classic users, otherwise I'm out the door.

Of course it's going to be released to us, just VIPs get to trial it and resolve bugs in it... Now they've opended it to gold... In some ways it's better because by the time we get it, it will be perfected.

Yes. And with the aim to resolve any GOLD SERVER specific bugs that are found first.

If Classics could use Graal v4, it wouldn't make any difference to Gold Server bugs. Classic accounts still wouldn't be playing on them, they would be playing on Classic servers.

I think the "aim" has more to do with promotion of VIP and Gold accounts.
