VBulletin 'throttle' message error
VBulletin 'throttle'
I get that error message everytime I try to post for the second time in another post. It wont let me post twice in a row or in another thread. Im a classic/P2P could that have an effect on how much I can post? |
You can only post once every so many hours (cannot remember how long, though) with a classic account.

I wonder if it can be changed. I guess I could look as I have admin powers, but I wouldn't know WHERE to look >_< and suggestions welcome! |

Vbulletin AdminCP -> Languages & Phrases -> Phrase Manager.
From there find a button that says something along the lines of 'Add New Phrase' and add a new phrase named 'throttle' which says something like "Sorry, You can only post once every so many hours" or so. |
Can you change it so I dont have to wait so long?

Hmmm was worth a try. What is the exact error message?
|
Once you logon to the AdminCP and go to the Phrase Manager, i 'think' you can just look for the message in GLOBAL PHRASES then edit it from there.

Unless there is a different message, I do not believe the phrase even exists. It might now though since Stefan says he added it.

The problem is that with the admin tools you can add new translations, but you cannot actually add the script-variable
