Classic Servers and GS2

I have loads of questions regarding this. Some of them I'm not too sure how to word out.

Does any classic servers use GS2?
Is it ready for classic worlds to use or should they wait till its fully ready if it isn't already?
Would there be any harm in using it right now?

It is probably noteworthy that Moon Goddess is not the one to ask to switch to the new engine. Stefan is the person to talk to.
