please help me
 

hi, my graal game client has been erased, my computer memory says it does not exist, ant yet i cannot download a new one...i need somebody to delay my subscription to graal, so my precious p2p isnt wasted...forums are the extent to my beeing on graal, i currently have 146 days, 18 hours left. please do what you can, im desperate here

Why can't you run the Graalsetup.exe file again?

well, my computer kinda got shut down on me, and everything was erased...i managed to get evrything but msn 7.0, and graal back...basicly what iut says when i try and download it, is that it is found on my computer and wont make a copy of it, however when i go to my full programs list, it is not there, i just need my p2p delayed until i can get graal back, I will of course post when it returns to me, it also says "pics1.jpg was not found in the graal folder" if i try and get it

Just download the setup app again. o.O

Attempt to run the setup.exe file again. This time make sure your saving setup.exe to your computer and not just opening it. It also looks as if you modified the file 'pics1.jpg' because once you successfully ran the setup, pics1 is saved with the extension 'png', so the program is looking for 'pics1.png' not pics1.jpg, that's why you get that error.

Also, make sure your destinations are correct. When you run the setup successfully make sure your opening Graal from the folder in which you installed it. It won't be anywhere else. Just because you have an icon on your desktop does'nt mean it will open the file correctly, the destination has to be correct.

hey, thanks matt, i guess i was just trying to save it to desktop, and not my computer, well i got it back so never mind the delay in my p2p, and i think this thread should be closed now, thanks again matt
