Resolved: No connection
 

Since the last update I got yesterday it's not possible to log in with v4 anymore. the meassage I receive is: The connection could not be etablished.

Checked firewalls and whatnot?

yes, I did. I dont get with it connection to the serverlister. v2 still works fine. It happens yetserday just after the last update.

The update is not modifying the connection behaviour. Please test:
- with v2, can you login to Classic or Delteria?
- with v2, can you login to the Login server by typing "Login" into the server name box ?

v2 still works fine on all servers.

I have a problem with


-when I click on v4graal.exe the window for login opens.

-My account name and my password is correct in the given fields ( I checked the password too).

-I click an the botton to connect with the server (normally the serverlister opens so I can chose the server I wishes to log in)

-Instead of this I get a message: The connection could not be etablished.

Because of that, I don't have any chance to connect to the serverlister not to any server with the Graal version 4 anymore.

So you can connect to the Login server with v2, but not with v4 ?
Can you try following on command line:
ping loginserver.graalonline.com
ping europa34.legende.net

I fixed it by deleting the update folder and reinstalling. Thanks for your support.

We have also changed stuff with the network / peering
