Global Guild Help

I've tried to pass leadership to about 5 people, but it doesn't work... help?

-I AM the leader of the guild
-They do have a VIP
-They are guild members
-They didn't have another guild they lead in

???????

Give me the guild name and their account name in a PM or Support Ticket and I'll do it. Like Matt said, a few people have been having this problem.
