what do you do when someone you thought trustworthy takes over your own server?
His account name is BlueFlareVIP and also gearshifter101
they took away my rights and also put a ban up saying it was done by global staff
I need to talk to someone about this right away

Setup a support ticket stating your problem. When Global Admins ban, they open your account then ban you through there. Not just /openban Gamba_Legend so what he did was kind of pointless and only hurts himself in the longrun.

Technically you could sue your friend there...

Make it priority of highest.

Register your Graalonline account and password here: http://support.cyberjoueurs.com/support/

Once logged in, click "Submit a ticket" then check off "Playerworlds – Bans".
Then proceed to fill out the rest of the information.

If this is the same guy that I think it is, then that guy has done that to a few other private servers as well. If not, then someone else is doing that too. :\
