When will GK start hiring staff again?, because i been playing it for a while on my new account and i see problems non stop... like lords coming in packs of 10 - 15 sometimes non come at all, or quest dont work, or you can't hurt monsters, i say GK really needs more staff to help fix that so any errors and stuff can get fixed right away so we wont need to wait for like Stefan or Sam and other people to fix it, Also it will be easyer so stefan and sam and the others dont have to work so hard so everyone gets to work and dont work too hard =D.

There is Stefan, Bjorn, Sam, Malinko, and myself.

Plus the Events Masters =D

((But we don't do much except hold events))

Adding more staff doesn't help if the new staff don't know how to fix the problems. Then you're just wasting more time trying to train the new staff instead of fixing the problems.

still just hire the players who know more than the other players and have some staff to teach them while the other staff fixes stuff so when the new staff learns the stuff they can help instead of being deep in graal work...

Best thing I can offer you to become a bona fide staff member on Graal 2002 is to become a kingdom developer, then advance from there.

Well i'm a CP member and when a cp kingdom lat quits Gov alan will think about me and see if i want to do it since i develope on servers.

Yeah, but having an Inuyasha sig/avatar is like having a sig that says "I'M THE NEWEST NEWBIE YOU EVER NEW". That's the wrong way to go about getting hired.

Come on, i been playing GK on like 3 accounts and still i have not even seen 1 gk staff hiring...

Well, there was the RP team, but they didn't make an application or anything for that.

Yes. This is a good way to become staff. Because as developer for a kingdom you learn the basic stuff you need on GK to do more then levels.
Kingdoms need new level more then the main island. There are rarely needed new levels thats why we don't need levelmakers in general.
Best advice is to join a kingdom and become developer for your kingdom and get debug to extent your skills and maybe become more.

But this is just Developer not Events Master or Graal Police. There were applications to become Events Master but this failed lots of times so we didn't do it again. We found some better way. We looked up for kingdompeople which hosted events in their kingdoms and if they did a good job we asked them if they want to become Events Master.

And Graal Police, no. There are enough people at the moment.

Being in a kingdom is your best chanse to become staff.
