Flash, its hurting my eyes

Whenever i walk on graal kingdoms, and anyother graal server, why does it like flash and how do i make it stop, im getting a headache

That happened to me when I first got my new laptop, it eventually stopped, or maybe I just got used to it.

Yeah, try updating your drivers/etc.
