Hello Everyone.
I am trying to fix ET, because I have seen many complaints. I want to have it like:
One ET Admin
One Asst ET Admin
5 ETs

There are no "sponsering" things or "polls" because that isn't a way for me to see if you are good at hosting an event or not. Once I hire 6 ETs, I will hire an Asst who will help me out with Kingdom Games. The reason I have fired everyone is because ET is out of control. I didn't even know the roster until I had Loriel delete the whole NPC ET roster. I have hired one ET so far. Please do not complain to me that I hired bad people for this job, or that you want to join. If I see you hosting events, I will hire you. But I want ETs to only wear their tag while ON duty. This is so if Events Team ever is on the staff list again (which I don't really want but a lot of people are requesting it) it is used for only one mass message about your event. If I see you abusing the horse whistle or if (we are put in the staff list) and you are wearing your tag when not hosting an event, you will be fired on the spot and I will look for another good ET. So as from now until ET is full, I will be hiring. That doesn't mean you ask me when we are on, it means you try and hold events a lot and if I notice you, I will hire you. Also, I will not be giving out RC money, and don't ask anyone else. This is because of the overflow of RC money for like one event is for like 500 gralats. As an ET you must host 1-3 events a day, unless you cant make it on day. Also you can use items for a prize. Also I would like ETs to try and be at the Kingdom Games.

so who do you have in mind as ET?

Well I am not exactly sure yet, but when I have my (Events Admin) tag on that means I am looking for some ETs to hire. So if people are holding a lot of events and I go and I see that people are doing a good job, I will probably hire you, if we still are recruiting

Ok this all sounds nice to me considering half the et's did absolutely nothing...

If ya get anyone in mind though Lindzey post it up on here...You already told me youd rehire me but I mean for other people...:)

i see **** all events, magnus dark was the only good ET rehire him instead of brad lyndsey, and how about a BRITISH ET so we brits can have sum fun instead of having to stay up till 3 am

Yeah exactly. I end up hosting my own events I get so bored. It shouldn't be that way.

But like others have said, try to get ETs with different time zones. because British people cant always be online when americans are hosting events

oh, and who are you getting/did you get to make your tag? because I still need my FAQ Chief tag but no one will make it

ok, i got picked for ET and im really happoy but im not going to be on tomora cos i have an introducery day in college tomora (FRI)

well i guess im finally fired from et i only spent7 k i think that people like ice pick and sparkplug and me who spent like all there money on events should be chosen and who actually do events

please shut up...i spent much more then that, plus 4 bomys so thank you :-) ET isnt good anyway...thats why i stopped hosting events...im barely on anymore...been busy on my server and on the forums :D

I am sorry but ET got out of hand. I didn't know half the members. I would just see someone on and be like "Who are you?!" I couldn't control ET when it was like that, and as Fai said, we should not have many ETs. I realize a lot of people hate me now for doing this, but at least I am improving Graal, well in my opinion. I also don't look at just who spends the most money or host the most events, I want nice people. I don't want unfair people that are like "YOU LOST DEAL WITH IT" when it could have been a little unfair. Today in Kingdom Games for Fishing, it was perhaps unfair, but because my internet is messed up I kept getting d/c so I couldn't see if anyone was cheating and then I had all PMs so I just finished it. Next time we will be more organized, and hopefully not so many people will come so it wont be too laggy. I have chosen people who will do events. I am sorry but when you don't know who half of the ETs are you can't fire the bad ones and hire the good ones. I think that Lara, BlKnight, Samurai Satan, and Craig (the ones I have hired so far) will do a good job. Perhaps Magnus will be rehired too =)

When I fired everyone from ET, about 80% were newbies. So they go and tell all their newbie friends, then I get this PM saying "Hello. I would like to help you think before you act, because a lot of people are upset about you" They are upset because when I lent out money for people to use ET donation money, one guy even asked if he could spend the rest. I don't know what they did with that money, so they might have spent it on their newbie friends. Well anyway, people are also mad at me because I said ET has to pay for their events. I can't help it, but Stefan wants it that way.

I think im the only ET that is not mad at Lyndezy for firing them. :D

im not crying about getting fired from ET...I loved it and everything but eh i dont care I always ended up spending all my money...but that was for fun...I gave away 3 bomys in events also...But bomys are worthless dumb creatures everytime I get one i dont sell it I give it away or have it as a prize in events...so I agree with lyndzey for what shes doing even if I do get fired =D

BTW Todays My Birthday...Im finally 18....=D

Well I just figure I had my share of time. I mean from BEFORE newmain came out untill now is quite a bit of time.
