Modern server tile set

Is there anybody out there that is not working on a server currently, that would like to help me with my server as a GAT? All i need done are guns, a tileset, and a few NPC's. Once i find a decent tileset, I will search for an LAT, I am a decent one myself, and set to work. I will than look for a scripter/NAT. So i know what to do. :D
