I die because some noob lames me with Mech, then the team I am on wins.. Guess what!! I am not in light side anymore!!! What the **** is this!

Now what!! I go try to enter my team and I get warped into the goddamn side!

That happens. Sometimes the warper puts you on the side, but if the warp works, you're fine. but when your team is unbalanced, it would leave you on the side.
Also, why you werent on the light side anymore, that's cause you weren't on planet. For some reason, if you aren't on planet, the server doesnt save your tag.

3 Easy steps.
Step 1: say unstick me
Step 2: Cry at how stupid you were.
Step 3: Think of old girlfriends and cry a little more.
