Help Please!

Hi, i am having trouble trying to figure this out, anyone wanna help me but putting it all sides, up down,left,right..for me...in this image, k thanks.

Not sure what you're asking but wouldn't you better asking how to do rather than for someone to do it for you? That way you will know how to do it next time you need it done.
