Help Me!!! Something Is Wrong With Graal!!!

ok, today i go to get on graal, i double click the graal head icon, and the sign in screen pops up, i click sign in, and it starts to load...then it closes and a button shows up saying conection could not be established....can anyone tell me why? or tell me if this is happin' to you to :'(
