i know this is gonna sound like a n00b question but still people forget!

what is the command to change the players view to a diffrent x and y and have the player stay at there x and y but their view x and y changes?

Oh... Setfocus. Freeze the player, then change where the focus is according to what they press.

and 'resetfocus' to disable the command actions.
