Italian.

Cool, pace in Italian means the exact same thing in English; nothing (under this context)!

NeoJenova 05-17-2005 03:31 PM

Peace?

Zero Hour 05-17-2005 11:01 PM

There's an entire letter difference, and I doubt it's a typo considering he pixelled it onto the nuckles of the fist :)

Nitkizi 05-17-2005 11:50 PM

Five bones to the cage!

Pace does mean peace. If Altavista has failed you, Google is also worthy of translating, through images. http://images.google.com/images?hl=e...ce&btnG=Search
...and yeah, the translator does work. Make sure it's Italian to English?

[it's pronounced pah-chay.]

Butz 05-18-2005 04:54 PM

The fist of peace?
Isn't that a bit umm...oxy*****ic?

I did; and I got what typed in in Italian, "Pace" (I'm pretty confident that I used it properly :P)

Well, you didn't.

Zero Hour 05-19-2005 01:12 AM

"Italian to English"
"Pace"
Returned value "Pace"

That seems pretty straight forward :)

Um, I'm pretty sure it returns 'Peace'. =)

I tried it twice the first time I did it (Haven't tried it since, pretty sure I'll get "peace"). I'm not trying to be a smart ass anymore (was joking around with Luciano, btw) that's honestly what I got when I tried it (there were two "Italian to English selections", oddly enough. I tried both).

Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy parodies can never go wrong. Never.

Unless they suck. In that case - they'll be screwed over by the fanbase.

No. It is sort of obvious, but there is a balance to this world. Peace can only come about because of war, and war can only come about because of peace. I think this "fist of peace," as you called it, describes what I am saying. It would be an oxy***** if it wasn't in a graphical form, I would say, because they are opposites. Otherwise, I think it is not.

"There is only my opinion, and my opinion is obviously right."

:)
