Mishap in Guilds?
 

Since E-mails never seem to go anywhere, guess I'll make a thread.

Little while ago, I got Darkrune (My family) back together, made the global guild and what-not, got the 10 members, all that stuff.

Cept' once I got 10 members, the guild was instead suspended without a reason, and then disbanded. I didn't disband it, and no one else did (Although I changed passwords to make sure). Through-out the process of getting my guild back, I've sent maybe 5 e-maisl to Tux about it, but the only answer I can get is "If it was disbanded, then you'll have to wait for it to get out of the disbanded area and then remake it" which I find to be a hassle getting all my old members back again. The hassle is that most of them don't really play Graal (Like Jenny Darkrune only signs on to NPulse and Valkoria every-so-often) and she doesn't want to have to sign-up again.

Course I want my guild transfered back to me, and since e-mails arn't working, this is the place to complain.

Where does it say guilds?

There is a 'General Questions' category. Surely you have the intelligence to ask a general question related to this?

This isn't a general question, this is "You ****ed up my guild give me it back, and since E-maisl don't seem to go through as they should, I'll make a thread instead"

An example of a General Question would be:

"Is this game gory and exceptable for my 12 year old kid" -Parent

Please tell me you have the intelligence to know a Guild question from a general question, not to mention your killing the purpose of my thread completely by trying to act superior to others by pointing out that theres a site that is worthless when it comes to guilds.

A general question could also be "How long does it take for guilds to disappear from the disbanded list?"
It seems general enough, no? At the very least, you could find something out.
Please, ensure your facts are correct before making accusations.

Don't be a hypocrite.

I know how long it takes for guilds to get off the disbanded list, if thats your answer to my problem, and if so, my point is I do not want to wait for it to get off the disband list and then have to remake my guild, I want it transfered back to my account and made active mas it has 10 members in it.

I can't say much to Tux's defence - I wanted some help with my guild and I have submitted requests via email AND the support center.
Hire another guilds admin, who only does guilds. It's rediculous to expect Tux to be able to constantly do guild related things when that's not his main priority.

ya we need another guilds admin. It took like 2 months to get my old guild activated after I got 10 members
