How about an Inn??
 

I've gotten to talk to alot of people lately, and the one idea that I have heard so far was an Inn that people could like rent a room. It might seem odd at first, but really, wouldn't it be neat to be able to rent a room for a day or so?? Or maybe we could build like an apartment that people could rentout a room for however much time. This would not be such a bad idea, even if the kingdoms were to controll their own Inn's perhaps. I know that there should be some sort of way that staff could control the access to a room with a key that could be kept while the person was still paying for the room, and get the items they had in there back after they stop paying for the room. Maybe I am just dreaming, but you never know.

That idea reminds me of the playerhouses that used to be on 2k1. It could be a good idea for people who would rather pay for a home than worry about it decaying over time. There would probably have to be more to the idea for it to be adopted though.
