GK Reset
 

Let's just do it. Gk has gotten out of hand and I'm sure with a new wave of event admins and staff to have events daily we could restore a strong population of players on the server. If this is done I'll come back.

I am soooo bored on GK, I would agree with a reset. It would peak my interest in GK again.

Reset GK and there goes all the players. Tis the truth. Or, you know what will happen? You reset GK, event off all the items again, and the oldbies (which have more experience) might still end up winning everything. Resetting would not be very wise.

I think this would be a great idea, if a lot of new content came along with it.

Definately. That way it would bring new challenges and adventures to the players that even the oldbies wouldn't have faced before. And hopefully a more balanced economy if done right.

I'd actually have fun being a noob again, teaming up with people to just get to lv. 5.

GK isn't really in a reset-worthy situation.

I have no idea who you think you are. I had the best items ever on that server and made easily over 1500 dollars alone on that craphole. I've had probably your best set of items x 1000 in one selling and you are a nobody who is trying to get tough. I am jealous of no one and played Gk since day one you jackass. Who the hell are you? I am completely for a reset because the economy has gone down the crap hole. I've been playing GK since day one and it seriously has lost its entertainment value. If it is reset and all the new features Stefan has been talking about along with other new improvements are added, I think GK could really turn around and possibly be as good, if not better, as it used to be.

Or, maybe because we've wanted a reset for almost a year now? Search for his thread's, after somebody closed our last "reset gk!" thread, Brad sold his items, regained and re-sold. I doubt he is very jealous of your pixel's.

And it makes sense for him to just sit there and listen to this person throw words into his mouth? I believe that's called being arrogant, sir.

What? All 50 players? Reset GK, and attract 150 players who have lost hope, faith, and love for the server to perhaps be regained, with proper management.

Let's not let 2k2 become the next 2k1, well, not until Graal3D comes out that is. :rolleyes:

You've got my full support for a reset, if you can drag Stefan out of hiding and show to him the obvious concern of the players.

We just need to have active admins, and not old relics. New fresh blood, not Bjorn (haha), Lance, or God help us any of the current Event Master's.

It would be ludacris to compare an event master as great as DragonX to one of the ones of the last year+. New staff sucks, management is worse, and the situation with lag + boring old repetitive stuff = worse

you'd lose players by a reset, but would gain more in the process. Its an investment. I am sure some old players who loved GK before we ruined it would return. I don't plan on makin any more money off of it I just want to play it. I mean I'd probably still play on the crappy GK were it not for admins stripping my items for being too powerful. I don't even have my bamboo rod anymore and anyone who knows me knows I'd never sell that thing.

All of my stuff back on 'LogicBot' got taken away. I wasn't even level 10. :\

Brad's issues were multiple times of corruption, so I do think that's not compareable.

like 10 people actually play and enjoy themselves and noone and i mean noone has a chance at being as strong as other people

You just need new items to fix that, not a reset.

They need to add more content to G2k2 before resetting in my opinion.

and the level 110s who are level 90 in mental? Thats fair?

It's not like having a super-high mental level means very much.

they got it a cheap way and leveling up makes you stronger therefore the mental itself does nothing but the overall level does

You get wc and ac from physique and agility levels.

Ok there is a reason that we have this on a server that you People can not reset.
You see if Stefan really wanted to make it so you could start the world over again.... he would make it multiplayer and able for other people to host servers at will like any other multiplayer game, if you seriously think that we need to even reset GK you have to sit down and rethink that. People do not pay to restart from scratch every few months, staff tend to return items that are lost to errors, believe me.. if they were even going to reset they would not bother to do this. And another thing, you know that so called economy you all say we have... LOOK AGAIN, there really isnt ant such economy, its just mercantilism. They are going to be realeasing alot of new things soon anyways, how about you leave the decisions of actually restarting the entire server to the staff instead of starting alot of hoax's and USDing all your items for no reason. This thread NEEDS to be closed because it is true, you people have no bloody idea what you even want or what you need. And I need replies about my comments.. Thank you...

True, if you think of every player as it's own little nation. Yeah that's the problem. Stuff like agriculture in the game is neglected.
