Graal.net Account Creation Errors
 

Just reregistered VIP access for another 12 months, (As in just this morning, 9am EST) and I'm trying to make a Graal.net account, but it keeps insisting I use my Account's Password/Email, even though I've put in the actual ones countless times.

I'm unsure what exactly it wants me to do, and I'm certain that my account is registered to this email address. Also, I'm pretty sure that I had the password right at least most of the 8 attempts, considering I retype my password everytime I launch Graal.

you must use your Drakmith as account name and your password for Drakmith as your password otherwise it will not work.

I've done that as well.

Your problem, I'd bet, is that you have 2 Graal accounts registered to the same email adress.

That happened to me...I had one account email changed by Spark and I already was using that one on another account, so graal.net account creation failed.

try typing everything, email, password, and account name all lowercase...
well thats what i tryed and it worked... :o

I've tried the account in lower case, and the password in lowercase, -and- the email and everything else. Neither of that worked; and just to be certain, I went and tried again. Didn't work then either.

Go to www.graalonline.com

Then click "Forgot password?". It might send you a different/correct password needed to complete the registration at graal.net .Also do this if you've asked someone like Spark or Stefan to change your password through RC.

graal.net says i already used my e-mail address
