The Return of Metropolis - A Letter From Tony
 

Yesterday I had a discussion with G-man and he brought up the idea of reviving Metropolis which my last effort to revive had flourished briefly and then died a miserable death. Well to make a long story short progress has picked back up. Many exciting things are planned, tiles are being “reworked”, and bodies are back in progress. Although all the old content was lost or destroyed by our corrupted LATs we have started over making levels thus there are two small inside level for a brief preview. If you like what you see and would like to become a beta tester just donate $10.00 to G-man the money will go into an account set up to pay for the server and the website. If you don’t remember metropolis or were not browsing the forums while it was being made you can go to the search bar and look of metropolis or you could just check us out now on PlayerWorld98.

Note: I posted this for tony because his forum account isn't working so well, also, for those of you who don't read well, basically, you can come to playerworld98 to check out the scripts and graphics, and become involved in the beta test for 10 dollars, which will go to paying for the server.

The gfx is already made, theres nothing tony needs to do except make sure i dont screw up metro.

Who knows, but we need money to pay for the server because its running out soon, anyway, beta will get special priviledges when server is done.

You can tallk to tony rivers if you don't believe me, he's on the server most of the time, he'll probably talk to you on aim, he'll log on his tony rivers account.

So, let me get this straight....
People have to send money to the paypal account to get on the server while in beta-testing stages, and for "special" privilages later?
Bogus, and I really doubt this is allowed....conning people into paying for the server, that's low...

Furthermore, I dont care why Tony cant post, it is against the rules to post for someone else, so DONT do it...
