Helicopters/Planes
 

I think having a second vehicule such as a helicopter or plane that can fly like the jetpack, but with the speed of a normal vehicule would be a neat addition :) But since it would be so good for travelling, it could have very low health and do lots of damage to the driver inside it when it blows up. But, it could only be hit at the same height as a jetpack user can be hit. A base couldn't be taken over while you are in the vehicule, and you can't get out of it while in flight. I think it would be fun :)

I imagine this kind of thing might be added to the mission mode.

If you can't get out in mid-flight, and you can't be attacked from the ground, what's the point? What could they be used for?

I think that you should be able to eject yourself from the plane, and then a parachute would come out guiding you safely to the ground.

This would be much better in mission mode, as Kai suggested.

Maybe a mission where you have to steal a plane and crash it or something.

You CAN be attacked from the ground. If you land and remain in the plane, then people can shoot the plane and blow it up, doing massive damage to you. The plane would also blow up much fast than the current vehicules. What you can't do while you are in the plane and on the ground is acquire a base. To get the base, you would need to step out of the plane

Tao, Iricia is way too small to use helicopters. Same goes for all the other maps. The fact that the maps are too small gives me a good idea, I'll make another thread. :)

Yes, it's just for travel. It wouldn't become that easy to get bases because you will need to get out fast, or else you receive massive damage. If you DO manage to get out fast enough, then you won't have your weapon equipped yet while the other person/people is/are already shooting at you close range on top of the base, giving you a big disadvantage.

This just wont work unless the levels are enlarged as I suggested, or unless it is used in a mission/mission(s) like Kai suggested.

Maybe you have to be a certain high rank or have money to use it?

Just for travel?!? BORING, make a Military plane that has guns installed in it

it would be good to have an assault vehicle, we are supposed to be in the future and we have no assault vehicles?
