Elemental Kingdoms won't work for a small amoutn of time as we just got GS2 enabled and have to filter out some of the errors it has caused. Expect us back up fully within a week.

Can you please make one thread and put all your updates and news in it ? It's annoying to see that you have so many threads on the front page.

I would do that but it gets more attention if a seperate thread is made. I tried doing it before but It usually gets ignored or hardly viewed

It may get hardly viewed but (not to be mean) thats probably because of lack of interest. I agree just use one for all updates and only start a new one if the one gets a lot of pages.

Alrtight from now on I'll put them on this, can a mod change this to "EK News"?

So? That shows how much people are interested. If you keep forcing it down people's throat it might get your server attention, but not positive.

In other news, i really need someone who can help us root out some of the errors we've been having, most weapons are fine but npcvs on levels are commonly going berserk.

That's not the point. You are forcing something upon one when you post 100+ threads in a forum and giving them titles that tricks people into reading them, such as news on a internation event.

All my titles contain either EK or Elemental Kingdoms in them, so if they dont care about Ek, they can ignore it.

And what if they care about Europa Kampioenschappen? Besides, I doubt a lot of people like having to scroll down or what not just because you like to place a lot of threads on a forum's first page.

First of all, anyone thinking that first acronym is stupid....and second of all It doesnt matter now since I have this for news so let's not clutter it with argument.

For the past couple weeks I have been making a tileset and stuff using RMXP
sprites. Yes you're porbably thinking
(OMG! RMXP sprites? On a server? Copyright!!!!!!)
Answer to that... No it's not...
All the RPG makers say that their sprites and stuff ARE NOT copyrighted.
At least nothing saying that there is. I've looked through all the documents and websites. Plus.. If they are copyrighted.... why do they let people
use them in games that they can sell?
Anyways that's just to stop alot of people from posting copyright stuff.

WE REALLY NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP DEBUG THE LEVEL NPCS (and the few rc ones i cant do). Anyone who can help would be appreciated.

I heard a long time ago, that using RPG makers to make stuff for Graal was illegal, might want to clear it with Stefan, or ask PWA just to be on the safe side*shrugs*

I thoguht it was only illegal in graal if it was illegal overall ;)

It isn't, there is conversion and editing upon the creation, so shut your mouth unless you know what you are talking about.

And I bet if I went and got the same RMXP stuff and put it on my server you would have a fit.

They also aren't stealing. It's also not stealing when you are given permission to use it. And if you used the edited converted ones from us and didnt get them yourself yes i would have a fit.

I think he meant if he edited and converted the GFX himself, that you'd have a fit.

No it isn't, since the idea is original (and some of the sprites are actually new and just based on that style so...).

Alright I'll just conjure up some skills as a GAT out of nowhere. Then i think I'll get an exncyclopedia and learn everything in it in about an hour, after that I'll download all of the information off the internet into my head.

Just my observation, but shouldn't you have like...one or two gat's on your team if you are trying to make a server?

I have some, but none are willing to make a completely new and great tileset, sprite set, ect. Besides only one of them really does any work.

I think you complain too much. Using another games sprites and such is not original, not even idea wise.

Well someone doesnt read. A lot of the sprites are actually original but based on that style, as I've said a few times already. Sheesh people on these forums need to learn to read full messages.

RPG Maker was illegally translated so any Terms of Usage you may have read are most likely void. It's not only illegal to use the sprites, music, and tiles; but you illegally downloaded copyrighted material. Which means they can throw you in jail, not that that's constitutioal, but that's the way it is.

Actually we have the legal translated version, so.......

There is none, it may seem it's legal, but it isn't. RMXP, Rm2k, RM2k3, any other ones with RPG Maker other than for game consoles are all illegal. Trust me, I spent a big chunk of my life with RPG Maker...

Then i hardly see how we could get in tropuble anyway since it isn't an american game.

Alright. I have GS2 Activated but it has a bunch oif things messed up. Due to the many npcs and levels (though the rc ones are mostly al lfixed) it will be a while before EK is functional. MY computer is very weird with using graal offline so i cannot fix the level npcs by myself. I would appreciate outside help to do this. If an online editor was done anytime soon I'd be fine but that isn't the case, so anyone interested in helping would be appreciated, and would be promoted to admin upon sufficient help (for all you hackers out there admin doesnt have enough rights to break down the server, in fact only one account does (not the Admin-playerworld# account)).

Any help would be much appreciated. PLEASE!
