Since there are cannons, why cant we have guns on gk? The old fashion guns, that you need to reload every time after shooting..

Has been suggested, someone even started on them for Pirates.

Yar, I always dreamed of muskets. I think it would be better just to leave that alone, it would change the entire gear of the server.

Something similar to my G2k1 elephant poaching gun (musket)? ;)

Well maybe create an rp story about how someone made a compact cannon and actually make it blend with the environment and not make it so "UBER" that all the people who can already get anything can just rule everyone with them. IF you make them, You would also HAVE to make it so you reload after everyshot. if not, then it would be so unfair. You could also make it so it isnt blessable and/or preparable. I think that would be cool.

Well, seeing as GK is somewhat medieval - I doubt they're going to have M4A1's, and MP5s, etc. Although I can imagine them having muskets! You had to reload the gun everytime you shot (:

there can be one for people who can't get everything, like a gun that misses half the time.there should at least be explosives.

You can make it so for the gun to work u need gunpowder as an item that decreases when you reload and cannonballs that decrease when reload. You would also need a long pole to pack it into the gun. I think it would be a nice quest to collect peices for the gun and build it when you are done. What do you guys think?

Just make them work like the damn crossbows. IS that so hard? No better, no worse...... maybe have a sprayshot instead though.

We should have tanks... like Shermans. It's not a big deal, just make it like a boat, or something.

I think old Dwarven Mana powered Guns would be sweet. Dwarves devoloped them in WarHammer novels, they fused the power of Mana crystals into guns and used some type of bullets, I don't really remember. They were pretty slow, but really strong and highly accurate. It's a good idea and all, but not for everyday play. Event / War / Race only, maybe.

Everyone who plays GK makes generalization.

Please, guns dont fit in unless they were pirate only and very crappy.

You made a good point - if people want guns then play another server. So I was suggesting they concentrate on some cool relative weapons.

Like upgrades cannons for pirates, japanese-type weapons for kj, fishyfood for zormite, and knight-decorations for dustari :o?

How is Era 'crappier', without Era most people wouldn't have found a good use for the shoot command. I don't like it when people say that servers are crap, especially if they don't know the time and effort it took to make it.
You think medieval servers are awesome, I think shooting servers are great. If you don't like Era, I would like to know why.

In my opinion guns don't fit Graal Kingdoms, even thought Spike's Dwarven guns sound pretty interesting.

how about you just make a gun like weapon that uses missile skill
and just simple fires the magic bullet out of it, and you could have it limited and have to use alchemy to make the gunpowder.. or you could buy it.

I like the server. I dislike the management.

no guns, first come guns, then railroads. then kingdoms is going through the whole freaking industrial revolution and we have to go through massive wars to get nuclear weapons and get attacked by terrorists.

Bows don't even work as intended. 'nuff said.
