How do u put a picture under when it says like "Member" ?

Also, whenever you get an avatar (reach 500 posts) The image needs to be 50x50.

exactly 50.x50 or you'll get some problems (has to be under a certain size as well)

Well that sux0rs if you don't want to make one, but want to use one from the web..

cuse resize it with PSP, (neat finish) or find out the ratio of the image find it's closest value to 50x50 size it to that many pixels then resize and it should come back out nearly perfect)
