A change in the way to get Account Support!
 

All account support, as well as playerworld support, should be done through the http://support.graalonline.com.

Previously e-mail was used, but all support should now be done through the support center, so that more than one person can help with each topic.

*If you have sent an e-mail, but got no reply, please re-send to the support center
