I'm taking neo's advice about posting some of my graphics on the real graal forum. I have been doing computer graphics for years and would just like some thoughts on some of my work. A lot of it is done in the work of computer games.

These are some golf tiles I have made for an upcoming game of mine (S64 Golf) The image is distorted to prevent people from using it.

The full sized image of the tree you see in the golf game (before it was simplified to match the style of the golf game) It took about 2 hours to create using a pen pad with a textured brush tool.

A castle themed house intended for graal. It was modeled over the normal blue house so it is the same size and shape.

To god I wish I could GFX that well. and you did them with PAINT! I beleive paint needs to be updated, last update was Windows 93 (I think).

Woah! BD Donuts is still there? I remember when Bobby K and DarkWarlock (I think it was Warlock :x) started that up! That was amazing! I made the first donut images there... They were so hideous. XD I think BD was the second resturant... After Ghostpirates chicken place... GROG!

Well I use paint to do the basic outline a lot of times. A lot of the touching up is done there too. I wouldn't say they were really "done" with paint ;)

A heavier outline would be nice, but that's just me.

All in all there's a lot of detail and no doubt better than most Graal things. Good but not amazing.

That is actually a support with diagonal bars.

I'm pretty sure i can match any style. I have done some things with darker outlines.

What the ****? I must be completely blind. All I see is gradient and texture whoring. Whatever. ;____; I'm not that impressed. They're graphics, yes, but it looks like you didn't put much design or effort into them. though I must commend you for doing so much and being able to create your own game, props for that lad.

Scott, stop being such an over critical jackass, this guys no master yet, but he’s getting better, and shows a lot of potential. Don't give me that oh but it's "constructive criticism" bull ****, all you did was shoot him down and piss on him.

I can see where you got the texture whoring part from. It hard to make huge images covering the whole screen without repeating textures. Your probably looking at the game at the bottom with all the bricks when you say that part. Then your probably looking at the jet pack game for the gradient comment.. Where does the golf game fit in there? Is that still gradient and texture whoring, because that is my latest work right there. I tried to do a new style there..

actually i have had a few comments about making the floor on the brick game a solid color from other game testers. you could at least point these things out instead of being so general with your opinion.

I'm seriously sick of you trying to be some kind of art-citizen-hero. I don't praise work that I don't consider good. I respect him for being able to mass produce things, but I feel he lacks style.

Golf tiles are incredibly dull. Yes they work, but are they something a gamer would point out as beeing eye-pleasing? Not I. You can see the pattern in the grass tiles, that's a major eye-bug for me. ;__; If that's wood, the brown stuff, I wouldn't know it. Looks more like skin to me. Throwing in the brushed trees with the pixel tiles also isn't a good combination. Complete clash of style.

Where did I say that you should praise work that you don't like? I'm seriously sick of you being such a negative person, who tears people down. Its one thing to dislike someone’s work, its another to just be downright cruel and nasty.
