If IcePick is under 18, not much can be done, as you cannot hold a contract with a minor. At least, this is what I have come to find out.

No you can't get sued, the only thing that u can do is to file a report with ebay (non-payer user report) if her get more than either 2 or 3 then he get banned form ebay. He might also get (-) remarks next to his name which would paralyze his efforts to buy anything on ebay.
