There is no way this server should be Gold in any way.

Yes yes, it was made by some people you all say are very good at, whatever it is they do. Yes yes yes, it's supposivly original with all events and a futuristic style that makes Zerkubia orgasm. But seriously, this isn't such a good server.

Graal = Zelda. That's what attracts people to the game. They wanna play as "Link" online. Before this, the don't understand why they have to pay for the game, but they beg their parents to order it, and eventually they get a "p2p" account. Once they get to know the game, they want to Playerkill. Then once they get out of that stage, the just want to spar. Get lots of rate. Then the figure of all the rest of the game. Then they see Zone.

Something completely differen't from what they are used to seeing in Graal, and they don't understand it. They see this, completely event-type server that they have to pay Gold time for. They don't get it. Sure, they'll try the server for awhile, and it'll be great. But, it'll get borering. Horribly borering, they'll go back to their old servers.

This is why so many playerworlds fail. Either they are too original that only a handful of players actually like the new server, or they are not original at all, and they would rather stay on the server they used to play, with all of their stats.

I'm saying that Zone won't make it, because it is far to away from what people see Graal as, and it'll fail. And this server is Gold. WOW. This server shouldn't be gold. It just shouldn't.

It get borering, and it is laggy. A combination that makes it suck, and makes gold servers look bad.

Graal used (emphasis on used) to be called Zelda Online.
For an obvious reason.

I don't know about you, but being 'Link online' got boring FAST.

Not much strategy there, and graal isn't too friendly on the deep modding thing, so we are stuck with gscript as our shell of scripting.

So now we use gscript to block out the old systems and make our own.
People enjoy new things, Zone is just Zelda Online with some more theme and plot to it.
Now its PK PK PK, but with CTF, Domination, and TDM.

They have all of those evnts on their home servers. They'll leave. Why pay for events when they have them at the cost of $20 US?

The fact is simple. People are drawn to Graal because it is ever changing. Nothing is hardly ever the same day after day. Not because it is Zelda. I know I didn't start because it was like Zelda.

Using your logic against you - you would agree that games such as Zelda: Link to the Past, OoT, Wind Waker, etc are horrible games because they're not the originial game. But each game was better then the one before it.

Zone is ever changing, so why spend money on a Gold Account? You get access to that ever changingness.

If you dont want to play Zone then you dont have to =x

I originally got graal because of swords. Then I tried Era and it turned out it was better. So just because the word "graal" (heard as a midevil-ish term), doesn't mean that it has to be all bows, arrows and daggers.

OR maybe not, I can hardly see how you got into a position of saying what around 300 people likes and dislikes, I for one enjoy playing zone, which I cannot say about the rest of graal... Oh wait, maybe that's because zone is so difrent! :O
