After two + years of Graal Kingdoms being in developmental stages it is that time. With the release of the completed alchemy system the server should be more then prepared for a reset. From bugs to level...to bugs to get things for free (yes even not playing GK anymore i still know about that) the server has been steadily twisting down hill with its equality for players. the people who do these things are punished...well not all of htem. but the ones who get caught for the most part are repremanded. but is it really enough. the items they traded off are still out there. the money they traded off are still out there. same wtih stacked brutals. still a mystery to most including myself as to the true origin of these, they still have caused a neusance. The un-numbered amount released into the hands of player in itself is a reason for reset. Yes i understand there are people who have not played a part into these abuses but still the number of people who have knowingly or unknowingly is far too great. then there is the problem with people who have..bought items USD. a problem for them very but on that same note even though some of them are dear friends of mine there is a reason it was asked not to be done just in case something like this happened where u lost your bang for your buck. but none the less i think most will agree when i say its time for a reset and just to see imma put a poll....before u vote think about the server not yourself. if u are as good as u claim to be by being legit then u can get back to where u are... :rolleyes:

And also please get rid of kingdom item's. Or make them go out properly. I also agree with this. The only thing's you people are counting on is your level. If GK had a reset and there was only logs for staff droppings and item creaters GK would be much better. This would help us all and I think this should happen.

oh yes. i forgot about that...its possible to make it so that in RC logs items dropped and picked up and created are logged. you just put that into a log file and give no one rights to it but stefan and unixmad and all problems on the server will be solved...if someone wants to shout omg Jagen gave this person this and that. then jagen can now say no i didnt. see look. and prove his innocent that is so often shamed...

vote reset...hopefulyl stefan will look. and we will get one.

Also, All what you are loosing is your overall level. Look how far eld got in a week
level 86. Now, that's not impossible, I could do that aswell. But no, I hate gk as it currently stand's with all the bugs.

so ed wasnt lying? i thought he was lying when he said level 86. he said hes the highest agility level now... thats crazy but u can steal from a monster more then once. just get good at it and know what you are doing..but none the less...a reset would be one small step back for cheating players..and one giant step forward for all of GK kind XD...so cheesy. night folks!!

A reset is not neccessary.. but a bug fix.. a major bug fix!

Thats why we are calling the reset lol. There has been so many glitches:
Potions over 10k made probably
leveling: To many to count who used this
Table>Shops: Found row's/ros's and any good spells/wands/rings.
Table>Money:100000k at the least?
Fishing:Alot of agility lvls Got to level 20 in a day or so. (Ages ago)
Dupeing>Cleansing pool: Who knows what there is there.
Event Items>Corrupt Admins: Every item released.
Stacked Brutals: Admins?
Event Items>Table glitch: Who knows?
And much more. So yea x_x....

well it took me more then a week to get to lvl "85". but yes agility is definitly a good way to level like ....as many times as you like.Depending on how much time you have.only took me 500 hrs.Anyway, a server reset sounds leet.Atleast it all be fair/even.No corruptness.no more bugs. :"D

Anyway. A reset would be good, especially since all the 'leet' stuff such as EA's and RoWs will be very hard to get.

A Reset eh? I have only played kingdoms for a couple weeks at most, but I wouldn't mind a reset. It is nice to wipe the slate clean and start anew every once and a while!

But! Yes there is always a "BUT!"... I think that a player's "Online Time" should be un-altered. It still measures how long you played Graal Kingdoms for, your experience with the game, even if your Character is "younger".

Or maybe an Online Time and a "after reset" online time? No idea. Though I have seen people with over 1000 hours on it, I don't think they should lose all that.

But hey, I'll be fine with anything, anyway. A reset just means I get to level back up, with hundreds of other people at my level. Might be fun, but who am I to say?

I do not agree with a reset ¬_¬

I worked hard enough for what little I have, and I really do not wish to start all that over again!

I also think that it would be better to ask some of the people that try hard at getting their things, and asking whom actually play the server. Of course all the new players are going to say yes... because they are gelous they have nothing.

Even so, when we see the people well over level 100, I think that we need to review their level perhaps.

and wait dayaa....u know very well...that i am not anyone's new player..nor is snake or eld. both of them and myself have been playing welllll longer then you and most of the people who have opposed...i have been here longer then any level 100...including taikun zoe akira and nayoko...its not a matter of being jealous...its a matter of being fair. regardless...i am more than happy with the items in my inventory but just beacuse i have what i want doesnt mean that i dont think we need a reset. if a person worked hard to get something the first time and did it legally...they cna do it again. simple as that.

a bug fix does nothing but stop people from abusing it more...all the effects are still in play because reets arent done.

I have had 1000+ hours on GK, UN, and Era on my old account, not to mention all the other time I have had on a few temporary accounts I gotten from a few friends that quit graal. (of course thats not counting their time)

I think there should be a reset. I doubt all those items on the trading tables were earned fairly.

About the site, you shouldnt put FHoV or something. Put the full name.

So you all advocate a reset ? I dont think it will change anything unless you do a totall overall of the system such as stefan is doing I think. I think they are or will be doing a redo or update of mudlib and a new gui , out with 3.1 if I have my facts straight. They have been fixing the bugs as they are found , we are in beta . Also if they redo the mudlib , not knowing a lot about these things but I suppose some l33t , not supposed to be on server items will disappear. Making everyone grunt around at level 1 doesnt accomplish much, I'd rather do things in a constructive way rather then having armagaddon on graal. If I have my facts backwards , apologies . I beg that you all think of the consequences before advocation a radical move such as a reset

I completely agree with the reset. The economy needs a good kick in the arse.

First step would be making sure everything has a use, gold and silver bought items only, nothing extra powerful.


Fix the second levels in the dungeons by adding the stronger monsters there, and only allow certain levels down there or make a minimum requirement to go down there.


Don't add the skill scrolls again, as i started this post make everything have it's use, this would include the classes, I want to start seeing thieves again.


I'm not sure what to say on the weapon and armor improvement scrolls right now, there would be good and bad things about having those removed, the best i can say is remove them all so you cannot get super powerful so fast and promote RP by having folks fight as a team to kill the tough monsters.

You all still remember me I hope...I've been playing almost as long as Taharu has...I started again,gained quite good items again and can kill every monster again....And do I care?I support the efforts for a reset.Almost EVERYONE has abused bugs...I remember when people had like 100k plat each...There are still several hundreds of thousands,maybe even millions of them out there...Not to talk about duped warhammers and other items....We need a reset.All major bugs are solved,but not their impact of today's economy.We need a reset.

When you do a restart, do it good though; else everyone will be running around in bomy helms with horned shields and all the other 'best' craftable items which are way overpowered.
