My shield glitch!

I just traded my High shield of Govannon for a Horned shield+10. When I logged on today the horned shield was +0. Has this ever happened to anyone? It's really making me angry.

Never happened to me and I dont think the NPC Server would just reset it to 0

Hum.. are you sure that you

a) traded for a +10? the person could of "accidentally" clicked red, and put a +0 there while trading

b) put that one into a stash, and are looking at a +0 you had before?

c) just plain and simple didn't trade at all and want a +10 out of this?
