RC Folder rights: Foo* does not match Foo

Apparently the * wildcard wants to match at least one character in regard to folder rights
This is clearly not the expected behaviour. Most shell globbing does it differently, in regexps * also means `zero or more', ...

Fixed in the new gserver which will be uploaded in 1-2 days, including speed improvement when looking up files and advanced /find function with wildcards.
