Email change form

Hello,
Now you can change the email address attached to your account on the Graal Online website.

It only requires :
- The account name
- The old email address
- The new email address
- The Graal Order ID of a successful renew of your account (5 numbers)
- The paypal transaction code (17 characters)

It will check that the new email is valid before changing it.

You can access the Email change form there :
http://www.graalonline.com/accounts/emailchange.php

Please note that this is still being tested right now and it may contain bugs. Please report them by PM'ing me (or emailing me, or using the VIP Quick Bug Report).

Regards,
MagicalTux

Can you find the Graal Order ID # on your paypal history? I've only found a 3 number order ID for my account. I have found the 17 letter long code though.

You need to add a link to the top navigation so people can get to it that way (I guess your testing it first) but nice

The ID number should be in the paypal history when viewing the transaction details, in the note field. For example: "Payment for your graal2001 your account name account, order number 12345"

If this is not the case, you should also be able to view it by logging in at http://www.graalonline.com/ and going to the members section, then finally clicking on the Subscription History link.

I would venture to say not even 5% of his time is changing e-mails, plus that's a real fast easy thing to do with the proper rights.

Yeah, time wise it's not so consuming, but in figures I get like 10/15 requests a day - so will allow more time for myself or to do other things for Graal, should also allow quicker/better responces.

Yes although for the first few weeks you might get more work because people mail you for not understanding the email-changing form ;) There are probably some cases where the account is so old that it's hard to retrieve all the paypal-info, but in many cases this new email changer should help.

Stefan, why don't you reply to my Private Messages? I have sent you four in the last two weeks concerning PlayerWorld Backups.

Does this thing only work if you have a paypal account? Cause I have an old nonpaid account I wanted to upgrade, but the email was disabled long ago, so I just made a new account to upgrade. But I still want to change the email on the old account incase I want to upgrade that...for some reason...as well
