Urgent: Upgrade problem!
 
I tried to upgrade one of my accounts, it went through paypal just fine and took the money from my paypal account, but never upgraded my account.
I have the proof (reciepts and stuff), that I paid for a 3 month subscription.

When you are using e-checks as payment, you have to wait some days for it to clear. You cannot expect services to be provided before the payment has been received.

If you are using another form of payment, the above obviously does not apply.

The payment has been recieved though, paypal says it was cleared to cyberjourer (graalonline.com).
That means it has been recieved, so the account should be upgraded.

It's possible that when e-check payments clear, they have to be activated manually - I heard that the automatic notification from paypal was not working properly for another site, so that may be the case here. They aren't automatic like the other forms of payment. Be patient for another day or two, and you should have your upgrade. :)
