Timestamps for RC Chat?
 

well, i hate it when i check the RC log and someone asked me if im there. i dont know when he asked me, so i cant answer him. whatabout adding a timefeature to RC?

e.g.

-9:00PM- TheHolyKiller: hello xx, are you there?

or for germany:

-21:00- TheHolyKiller: hallo xx, sind sie dort?

it would be very useful, atleast for most of the staff

Well, Stefan just needs to replace the RC chat with invite only/password protected irc channels ;)

Yes, timestamping would be good feature, but once the scripted RC comes out you can add them yourself.

that would be one helluvan RC :)

timestamps and alerts for when you're being addressed would be quite nice for those of us who get lost in working and don't check the chat often

Quakenet is not an IRC channel and IRC channels are usually free.
