Did you try adding rw logs/rclog.rtf to your folder rights?

Curt1zzle 09-22-2004 05:49 AM

When you change the filetype you have to make sure you have accss to that file in your folder rights, do as Xecutor said and /openrights <youraccount> to see...if not, fix that.

i tried all things
but wont delete X_X but rw logs/* is for all logs + formats ...X_X and i cant update/delete them =(

Spark910 09-22-2004 07:20 PM

rename to rclog2 - it's looking at the file name and saying NO!

NicoX 09-23-2004 01:44 PM

No write rights for logs/rclog2.txt

Have you tried using the admin account...

Loriel 09-23-2004 09:47 PM

This is the protection against removing evidence and such evil things. You cannot get rid of rclogs. Just rename them to rclog_old_foo.txt, etc.

NicoX 09-24-2004 02:15 PM

No write rights for logs/rclog_old_foo.txt

aha.....lol

and spark
yes i was only with the admin acc and tried it....ben was also online :O

Maybe it checks if 'rclog' is in the filename?
Try rc_log.txt?

Try rc_log.txt?

If that was possible, the whole protection would be very pointless.
