Bracers - no ac ?
 

Hello,
when i equip my gold bracers +4 the ac does not change :eek:

are there the same problems with other bracers, too?

Your wearing armour to right, they cancle one of them out, Not to sure what one it is, Unwear your armour and you should be fine ;).

There is a problem with the bracers. There was last year too. Stefan said it was because there was a limit on your AC, but the other items still increase your ac. But I don't think Stefan understands. All I can say is get bracers that affect your other attributes (str, con, dex, etc...) if the AC isn't working.

When wearing bracers and armor... the one with the highest AC+ will be counted and the armour+ will stack.

I think both should be counted. :/

Both should be counted, or maybe Bracers should have higher AC (4-5) and not beable to enchant such as belt.

not to be rude...but i think that last suggestion was not a good one >.>. i only wear bracers. not body armour. simple because bracers do not effect your speed or weight dramastically such as...say Mithril, which mask your speed greatly. wearing mithril i lose 2.1 speed. or PMoP, which weights a ton and a half when you enchant it high. Bracers are a good alternative to regular its just simply a matter of you making the decision as to which one you want to wear =D.

Yea, I'm all about bracers myself.

Bracers are lighther... Mithril sucks. Speed killer.

PMoP sucks unless you have 26 str regular. Then it's awesome.

I wear both bracers and armor. Both give stat+ so the stats and armor stack, and I get a tad more ac with my armor ( a whopping +1 ac! ). I love Leucetious' mithril ^^

Oh, and about the dex thing.. I'm the same speed with both 20 and 30 dex, no matter what i'm carrying. Could someone explain why this is?

Leuc's mithril chainmail has a speed limit.

That is rather odd, given its RP story:

He took your speed I guess. (Not really, just from that story 'what he gives he can take back')
